| Mr. Lim is responsible for client project management, customer focus engagement, and business development at IIT. Mr. Lim has more than 20 years of project management, consulting, and software & application development experience. He has designed, developed, and managed numerous large scale GIS related computer applications with a focus on engineering and infrastructure maintenance decision support tools. He has previously worked in the software industry as a Senior Application Developer for ESRI, Inc.; in the public sector as a Senior Technical Analyst and Project Manager for Seattle Public Utilities; and in the private sector as a Senior Technical Manager and Consultant for Weston Solutions, Inc. During his work at ESRI, he was the lead programmer in developing the first phase implementation of a complex truck routing and home delivery system for a national client. Mr. Lim has also presented and published his work at numerous local and international conferences around the nation. Mr. Lim is a registered Professional Engineer and holds a B.S. and M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Memphis, TN. |
