IIT's eRouteLink™ is a Windows-based software which assists a driver in performing day to day activities at the job. It provides the mobile link for real time capture of service status and dynamic ticket assignments.

The eRouteLink™ software would be installed on tablet PCs and comes with on-air features to easily receive and send data for a customer's service order, messages and announcements.
