| Andrew Holmes has over 20 years of mapping, GIS, IT application development and management consultancy experience, including five years at the UK’s National Mapping Agency (Ordnance Survey), and ten years at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Andrew was involved in the early development of GIS data sets, developing the forerunner of a number of common mapping/GIS products in the UK. In addition to building technical and business software applications, Andrew has consulted with many household names, including BP, Rolls Royce, UBS and National Express where he has delivered complex programmes of change. Andrew holds a BSc in Surveying Science (Geomatics) from Newcastle upon Tyne and an MSc (Econ) in Information Systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is also a Chartered Land Surveyor. An active author, Andrew has published 18 books on a range of business topics, including technology management and commoditization. |

| James McColl has over twenty-five years experience in senior business and finance management, having been divisional Finance Director for: microchip manufacturer, AMD, aerospace and defence giant, BAe Systems and major insurer, Legal & General. Specialising in finance transformation, ERP implementation and the creation of Shared Service Centres, James has worked internationally in recent years leading major programmes of change aimed at performance turnaround and culture change. With industry expertise in: banking, financial services, oil & gas construction, high-tech manufacturing, infrastructure, transportation and local government his clients included: Fluor, Foster-Wheeler, Shell, BP, Barclays, Group4 Securicor, easyJet, Virgin Atlantic and Surrey County Council. James, in his role as Chief Financial Officer at IIT (EMEA) brings a wealth of financial business management experience, a passion for business innovation and helping clients optimize their operations and minimize their costs. |
| David Mitchell – Business Development Director (EMEA) |
| David Mitchell has over 25 years of financial, operational research and consulting experience, including 18 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, where he was involved in a range of transformation programmes, including the design and implementation of shared service centres for blue chip and international clients. David is a qualified accountant, holds a BSc in Operations Management from the University of Bradford Management Centre and an MBA from Reading University. David has been the Finance Director of several Freight and Logistics companies and qualified as an accountant at 3M. Prior to joining IIT EMEA David managed a number of Transformation projects for major organisations in both the private and public sector including; BP, SAB Miller, Cadbury and the MoD. |
